The 150-Point Performance-Based Warranty is a service-based warranty and does not guarantee that your credit score will increase by 150 points, or by any specific number of points, within 90 days or any other period. Individual results vary.

To qualify for the warranty, during the applicable warranty period, the client must:
* Not receive any new hard credit inquiries.
* Not increase balances on existing credit cards or revolving accounts.
* Not have any new negative information added to their credit reports.

If an eligible client satisfies all warranty requirements but does not achieve a 150-point credit score increase during the applicable warranty period, the client may elect to terminate the remaining term of their service agreement without being responsible for future service fees. Fees for services already performed or previously paid are not refunded.
